The Nigerian Content Development and Monitoring Board (NCDMB) has once again clinched the Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) Transparency and Efficiency Champion Award, marking its fourth consecutive win. The Board emerged top in the Ease of Doing Business rankings for 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025.
The award was presented on December 2, 2025, at the State House, Abuja. Executive Secretary, Engr. Felix Omatsola Ogbe, was represented by the Acting Director of Monitoring and Evaluation, Mr. Omomehin Ajimijaye, who emphasized the Board’s alignment with national policy reforms and its unwavering commitment to management priorities.
The repeated recognition highlights NCDMB’s operational excellence, teamwork, and productive engagement with partners and industry stakeholders. It also reaffirms the Board’s dedication to efficiency, transparency, and high-quality service delivery.
This year’s PEBEC Awards and Gala Night showcased outstanding achievements in public sector reforms. The event was chaired by Vice President Senator Kashim Shettima, while PEBEC Director General, Princess Zarah Audu, praised NCDMB for automating key processes to reduce human interference. She encouraged other agencies to adopt similar innovative measures.

In addition, the Board received the Reform Champion Award, presented to Engr. Cityfaith Baribor Zorasi for his exceptional performance as NCDMB’s liaison officer to PEBEC.
NCDMB reaffirmed its commitment to improving service delivery, strengthening institutional performance, driving local industry development under the NOGICD Act of 2010, and raising operational standards in the years ahead.
