The Itsekiri Omoluabi Forum congratulates its co-founder, Ambassador-Designate Reno Omokri, on his confirmation by the Senate.
The Forum has expressed profound gratitude to the Senate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria for rising above partisan considerations to confirm their illustrious kinsman.
According to the Forum, Reno Omokri’s unwavering passion, patriotism, and commitment to elevating the stature of Nigeria remain evident to all objective observers. They noted that, over the years, he has travelled across the world—often at his own expense—promoting Nigerian excellence, defending the country’s dignity, and projecting the strength and honour of the nation.
The Itsekiri Omoluabi Forum also commended President Bola Ahmed Tinubu for his statesmanship in nominating Omokri, describing the choice as a demonstration of political maturity and inclusiveness, given Omokri’s reputation as a once-vocal critic of the administration.
Reiterating its commitment to national progress, the Forum affirmed that it will continue working with Omoluabi across the globe to sustain and advance Nigeria’s current developmental trajectory.
The Forum concluded by thanking both the President and the Senate for the confidence reposed in their brother, expressing certainty that Ambassador-Designate Reno Omokri will uphold and further elevate Nigeria’s dignity wherever he is assigned.
