The National Association of Itsekiri Students (NAIS), National Secretariat, has announced the commencement of its 2025 National Convention, a multi-day event scheduled to hold from December 13th to 21st, 2025, across designated venues in Warri, Delta State.
This year’s convention is themed:
“Catalysing Collective Progress: Strategies for a Thriving Warri Kingdom.”
According to the Association, the convention is designed to strengthen cultural identity, promote youth leadership, and drive strategic discussions on the advancement of the Warri Kingdom.
Programme Overview
The nine-day national convention features a blend of outreach activities, academic engagement, cultural celebration, and leadership development sessions:
Day One – December 13
Community Service / Outreach

Day Two – December 15
Historical Tour
Venue: Amigbeben, Warri • Time: 9am
NAIS Cup Final
Venue: Big Warri • Time: 3pm
Day Three – December 16
Warri Kingdom Student / Youth Leadership Summit
Venue: Ologbotserẹ Hall, Essi Road, Warri • Time: 10am
The Youth Leadership Summit will feature keynote sessions and panel conversations led by notable Itsekiri voices including:

Discussions will cover leadership development, cultural preservation, innovation and technology, mentorship, and the future of youth participation in governance.
