Warri, Delta State – The Itsekiri National Youth Council (INYC) will mark a leadership transition on 28 November when former Secretary and two‑term Councillor‑Majority Leader of Warri North Local Government Area, Afejuku, is inaugurated as the council’s new president.
Afejuku, who previously served as INYC secretary, brings a wealth of Advocacy experience to the youth body. During his two terms as a councillor and as Majority Leader, he championed several community‑focused struggles and is expected to steer the INYC toward greater advocacy, empowerment, and national outreach for Itsekiri youth.

The inauguration ceremony will take place at the INYC national headquarters . Youth leaders, government officials, and youths cut across the breath and length of the Itsekiri ethnic nationality and others representatives are expected to attend.
