HON. EMIKO ODIN-ETUWEWE RESIGNS FROM APC
Warri, Delta State — April 30, 2026.
Hon. Emiko Odin-Etuwewe has officially resigned his membership of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
In his resignation communication addressed to the APC Ward 8 Chairman, Mr. Lube James, of Orere Ward, Warri South West Local Government Area, Delta State, Hon. The resignation letter was also copied to the APC Local Government Chairman, Mr. Collins Ebieto, Warri South West Local Government Area.
Sources close to the political leader confirmed that his resignation took immediate effect upon formal communication to the appropriate APC authorities, including the Ward and Local Government leadership.
It was further gathered that Hon. Odin-Etuwewe was not ready to participate in the APC primary election process due to concerns over the party’s internal selection process.
Political observers in Delta South have described the development as a significant political move within Warri South West and the wider political landscape in Delta State.
Supporters and associates of Hon. Emiko Odin-Etuwewe have continued to express confidence in his leadership and political future.
